Melee - DE is better
Ranged - Elf is better
so conclusion - you can't really say which is stronger |
| If you want to know what you should choose, choose the one you enjoy playing with the most thats why this is called a game. You don't always have to win, but it is more fun to win than lose. If you always win then you can never learn. So just choose what you are more comfortable to use and just enjoy the game :) |
| for me : DE .. :) they have more melee damages, just place all the troops at the right place, and u will win .. :) be careful with luck of elves .. :) |

both are equal as long as you know the right tactics and what fation not to play against at what level.
On my main dark elf on lv 3-4 i usually beat elves
but on this acc it's otherwise

| i feel the factions vary on different levels as Great_Elf says on lev 3-4 dark elf defeat elves but on lev 5-6 elves can easily defeat dark elves |
Until level 10 (including), Elf is not so bad and for sure not boring. But, you need to think all the time your strategy as a function of the combat you are doing. Read the Elf faction thread for more details.
I cannot comment for the Dark Elf. |
| How to build more troops |

make a new topic next time
you can build new buildings that allow you to recruit new troops at combat level 3, 5, 8, 11 and 14
and upgrade buildings at Lv 5, 8, 10 and 12 without diamond
leveling up also allows you to recruit more troops
Fort at Lv 7 and Citadel at Lv 12 also increase your base recruiting count |
