Sometimes I see there is TGI leasers who have many option and one of them is prepaid ?? golds for deposit. What does it mean?

prepaid - payment before you receive the TGI, not to be returned
deposit - also payment in advance, but will be returned if you take lesser time, or as an insurance for the leaser before he receives the thief art(s) and TGI
