for Pantheon:
no it doesn't
since it it uses water elemental damage, anything immune to water, such as enchanted gargs, don't feel the effect |
| Your troops including your hero gets 15% extra water elemental damage. This damage is applied against all your enemies. If your enemies are immune to water damage, have some sort of water resist, or magic resist, then this reduction to the 15% water damage is applied. |

i'm pretty sure some of the offense talents, either the basic/advance/expert offense and/or cold blade, increases hero damage
i've seen my hero do 39 damage when the max was 33 when i had advance offense + cold blade with no enchancements on my weapon |
