| it's not really about your level but the amount of resources you have, the point of renting is that you can get into the thief guild without spending huge amounts of money. the trade off being that often there is a time limit involved. |

| depends on how much time you can spend on the game. with undivided attention you can find options for TGI renting that'll really only require you to have enough money to buy arts. the payment would be the thief arts that you get |
