Pff, amateur. I do that almost 50 times a day (mostly faction levels). On earlier days, I was like learning by heart all experience tables... lol |
I like to check my progress in SP too especialy if they are nicely rounded like now :)

everytime my voices tell me that i'm insane i start a long argument with them... most of times i win the dispute and they appologize afterwards.

i also have a bad habit of "trying to make sure everything is in order, even though i know they already are"
for example in some other games that have organizable inventory, i keep having the urge to open my inventory and make sure that i placed my items nicely for one 'last' time even though nothing was touched

well, i guess my luck is that my hallucinations have hallucinations too... (as i said, they are a bit crazy). so i made friends with my hallucinations' hallucinations - and together we ganged up on my imperative voices... they don't stand a chance against us!
but i'm a bit worried about my hallucinations' hallucination's imaginary friend... i don't trust him! he seams to conspire with my hallucinations... |
Well Straws, one of my best friends is a psychologist and what you're doing most likely can be considered 'Obsessive-compulsive disorder'.

P.S 1 : Almost all people have such kind of behavior, at least in a small degree. But if it is disrupting someones life, it is considered a clinic case and he/she should consult a psychologist. The sooner the better.
P.S 2 : Friedrich Nietzsche had thoughts that he was becoming insane and eventually he became (most likely by 'autosuggestion' + he had some health problems). So if anyone has such thoughts should really deal with it. |

If you know they are not real, they are most probably not hallucinations but fantasies. Theres quite a difference between those two.
When we are at the topic, how many times a day are you counting your own gold? With all the elements and artifacts you want to sell. I found myself controlling this kind of thing 3-5 times a day sometimes. :-) |
I gloss through my profile several times a day, look through the xp table and its page contents that many times as well, as I randomly click on some player nick and look through his profile and log every now and then.
