Hi there,
I am little bit confusion now. I made about 30 mercenaries' guild quests and no element here...
What happend?
Is here any rules to get element from guild? I had high reputation there but now I have to decline quests because it is no possible on 9th level.
Is something what I make to get elements?

| reputation has no effect on the chance to get elements. it's a fixed 20% chance, so it's just luck (or bad-luck in your case). |

No, buying dismonds does not affect your luck. It's just bad luck, but it should even out in the long run. |

My friends every second quest gets viper venom or windflower and me not... 20 % chance is very big chance. |

OK, I will try to do some quests (but no idea what quests - no chance win on my level).
Wrong I am level 7 and have did 30 Merc quests so far and have Only lost 1 out of 30,so If you cant win change tactics.You should be able to win easier than me because you are 2 levels higher.and the chances of getting elements is random,I have gotten 6 Moonstones and 6 toadstools so far. |

i'm sure out of those 420 victories you must have gotten some elements
at 20% its 84 elements
i see the element rate more at like 10%, for me anyway |
just bad luck lol. I haven't gotten an element last 15 missions or so myself...and I have 2xs a chance to get one lol!
I will say this. I notice (from personal experience) that if you do them back, to back, to back, without doing anything else...you seem to increase your elements. I also noticed this among a few fellow clan mates that were only doing mercs for a while--they got a lot of elements.
I do them sporadically nowadays..and I don't earn elements...could be purely coincidence ^^ |

For Dalamar2: I don´t need change tactics, I am not amateur (I hope). I say my quests are on high level and really not easy or impossible to done them (nor in 5 attemps).

| I sometimes got 3 in a row ... then nothing for 6-7 ... but overall I think I got about 20% |
i had really bad luck at one stage
i got nothing for a while and then got a couple of shards in a row
there is no way to change the chance.
If ur lucky u will get elements |

still no elements :) I did about 20 quests and nothing... I guess I am recordman in this, about 50 or 60 battles without elements.

When you complete 700 quests without losing, please tell us how you did that. Otherwise, OH boy. Quests become almost impossible over time. And a second thing. Moonstones?? You got moonstones, I seriously doubt that.
