| how can i recruit level 3 characters when im level 2? |
| you cant. as you said, you are lv2, how the hell you can get lv3 character (perhaps you are referring to unit) |
but in my tuto it says. "-participate in group battle"
"-gain 4500 experience"
"build a castle
"recruit level 3 chars" |

You are to do them in order
First get 4500 Experience, then go to Castle and build the level unit building, then recruit level 3 units... |
