Yesterday I lodged the following complaint

As will be noted, Kotrin thought is was acceptable for those boys to insult me. As Kotrin closed the topic I was forced to semd him a pm with a definition of harrassment (as he didn't know what it meant) and I also drew his attention to game rule no. 3.3. It is forbidden to insult and/or humiliate players directly through communication media (forum, chat, mail etc.) or in combat.
Meanwhile the boys in question think it is okay to insult other players.

Is this really acceptable behaviour?

Like mentioned by Kotrin, the least you can do first is to tell them it bothers you.
