no, seriously: a lot of people hope that there will be a major upgrade now on this server (maybe war, more tournaments, new arts, expanded levels... and so on). and arctic is the man to do so!
by the way: a lot has already changed! cheaters live dangerously these days (they are quite expenively fined or quite quickly blocked). | the only one that can ban cheaters

He is Admin.
well, pretty much. he is assistant admin, yet he is able to do anything a normal admin can do. yet he is the only admin that is still a player, which would explain the player status
also, he knows Russian and english (and like, 12 other languages O_o) so he speaks freely to admins whenever he likes |
