Hi all,
If I (Hero) cast,
1) +12 Stoneskin on 1 of my stacks for 2 turns, and on the very next turn, my Hero again cast +12 Stoneskin on the same stack for 2 turn, what would the effect be? What wold be the total Defense be? How many more turns will it last?
2) Does it apply to all other spells too? Like Delay etc?
Thanks in advance. |
I don't think they do. The stoneskin would just get "renewed". What this means is that it would stay for two turns for the same +12 defense. |
The old, remaining duration is erased, and the new duration kicks in. That means that if the second casting is worse than the first casting, too bad for you. I know that's the case for Delay. If my darkwitch casts Delay for 3 turns, and my hero or a hunt partner's hero immediately casts Delay on the same target for 1 turn, the duration is set to 1 turn. The 2+ turns remaining from the darkwitch is completely wiped out. |
or when u cast rapid for 12 truns for example and someone else cast on that stack delay for 0,5 turn the rapid is removed by delay |
Sometimes Genies in hunt will shoot themselves in the foot doing that, a smaller stack overwriting a larger stack's more powerful effect with a weaker one. |
actually thinking about it Genies don't have feet. Nevermind. |

The Second spell effect gets applied, overriding the first, I believe. |
