What I dont understand is why MODs dont take action into their own hands?
You have the power to impose fines, you already do it for staged battles, insults, etc.
Why dont the MODs/Keepers just go through the CaA topic and fine ALL the obvious rule breaks?
People who have not returned loans or TGIs = a fine of double the amount (as already stated in rules)?
People who do multi financial assist = fine them equal to all the transfers they have made?

Yes this is outside your allowed responsibilities but admins are not doing it and no one else has the power to?
Will admins notice?
- Probably not!
If they do?
- At least it will let them know how seriously we take the problem of lack of support and action as a community.
Should you do it on your own?
- You would not be on your own, you would be doing it with the full support of 99% of the players who dont breach the rules.
Should every rule breach be fined?
- Initially it would be best to just fine the obvious and blatant rule breakers. Any situation where there is a factor of doubt you should leave for admins to hopefully deal with in the future/
Will this make MODs look as if they are just abusing their power more?
- Quite the opposite. We will all see that you are taking action to improve the game for all of us and you will gain a lot more respect from me and many other players.
What if we lose our position as MODs?
- Surely it is worth the risk? Additionally, if admins have to come to the server to deal with this they will see the problems. They cant recruit new MODs without a lot of work and investigation of our server and the players.
Does the community really support this?
- You can easily find out by creating a simple thread asking them and telling people to vote yes or no. If anyone tries to spoil/flame/hijack the thread you already have the powers to stop this. Any posts which dont say ONLY yes or no should be deleted.
What about people who dont read the forums?
- I am confident that clan leaders will support you in this and will send a clan mail to all their members with any message you wish.
What about people who are not in clans?
- You cant catch everyone, just do your best. You will reach most people via the forum and/or clan mail.

I would ask MODs not to close this thread too quickly. I know I have no rights to post a poll but in the circumstances feel it is justified.
Can people please post a reply with either YES if you agree or NO if you dont.
This is an important suggestion and it would be a pity to see it spoiled so I am asking you to respect this!
