Fact: For some reason or another it is often necessary to buy ressources/items before one can work. Or work where one wants.
Fact: Often the money thus instilled is snatched away by another player, either by hiring or by selling all his inventory.
Assume: This is not really good and only annoys those who bought items mainly to enroll.
Suggestion: Implement "Work for goods" - You won't get paid for enrolment with gold but will get the item that is produced in the faculty; you immediately pay (normal price - Your_current_wage).
Possible problem with implementation: Well, as i see it the database would need one more column to decide between "has to be paid when finished working" and "has been paid in materials". |
