i got slightly confused about a rule.
3.8.2 Any transfers between relatives are forbidden. Signing a character as a relative for purpose of any kind of financial assitance is forbidden.
how do i interpret that?
i signed in as relative to another player - we both signed as brothers. now, he isn't my real brother, but a good and trustworthy person i met in this game... in fact, we don't even live in the same country (although we both live on the same continent).
we never had this situation, but i wonder: are we alowed to give loans to eachother? or better said: are normal, legal interactions between our two characters limited now that we are "brothers"? or do they stay exactly the same as they are with other, "non-relative" players? | this isnt an official rule but a suggested one right?

The rule refers to real life relatives that are declare in your profile listing as using the same Computer or IP address
