I chose Basic Chaos magic talent which says I can learn level 3 magic spells and the efficiency of all chaos spells will increase.
That did not happen and I can not learn new spells.... Is there something I should know about this talent?
Do I have to build a level 3 mage quild first?????? ( Which I can not do of course.)

Don't choose Basic Chaos. You can't learn level 3 spells yet, and it increases the "efficiency" of level-1 and level-2 chaos spells very little (check the spell description).
Don't choose Basic Erudition either because it doesn't do much for a level 5; its effect is dependent on your combat level.
Stick with Basic Offense. |
