Ignorance does not relieve you of the duty to be vigilant in such manners. This might be an overstated example, but let's say if Mr X murders Mr Y, he wouldn't be able to claim innocence just by saying he doesn't know that murder is a crime, does he?

Better ask your friend Shusax to return the loan. In addition, he needs to trace back his backog of transfers and provide for a fair and equitable compensation/return of financial assist from whatever he's received from sush and others. And tell him not to make such am unreasonable and unethical statement on his profile for trying to proclaim his innocence when he's been receiving all those dirty money and not returning
