Best for what situation?
I would recommend Steel blade + Leather Armour + Medal of Bravery, one of the cheapest combinations for level 5 since you don't seem to have much gold and your LG is only 2. |

| Work a bit more in factories and buy the defender shield / light axe combination suggested by Zeroana above. The artifacts may not be the least expensive, but considering their durability, on a cost per fight basis there is no better deal. |
this is suiside though if u want arts now to do a battle NOW! u can buy from market
Master hunter Sabre and Hunter pendant/shirt
that is the easy combination i use when i need to gain money over time.
Though unless u believe u can get the 4300g in time of 10 combats do not follow my lead. |
