Author | Determination of XP/SP in Losses |
Now if you know you are losing for sure in a battle, how should you focus your attacks?
Attack:
1. Higher tier units?
2. High HP / Low def units? (more damage = more xp?)
3. Low HP Large stacks? (more creatures killed = more xp?) |
more creatures Fo'Sho
more you kill more exp you get |
2 |
More damage-more skills
more kills-more xp |
More damage-more skills
more kills-more xp
wow, that was VERY random..
skill and exp are given proportionally. I would got for #2 |
So, some people are saying more damage while others say more kills. Any explanations?
Anyone picking #1? Or is everyone saying 10 damage or 3 kills on a high tier unit is the same thing as 10 damage or 3 kills on a low tier unit? |
i had a very similar question in mind. the answer to that question may be the answer to yours:
do you get XP for kills or damage?
e.g. if i do a lot of damage on a high tier creature until it has like 1 hp, and a member of my team does just this one last point of damage, does he get all the XP - or is it split proportionaly according to the amount of damage done? |
every creature has a factor of hp/xp. also, the amount of xp depends on the arts you wear. so, both, the number of creature and the type of creatures decide the experience you get. |
@7
no, i believe it is damage
say a level 3 asks for assistance with 2 angels, player 1 kills all of it to about 20 hp, then player 2 finishes it, this happens with both angels, player 1 will get more exp
this happened with my multi btw |
The xp/fsp given is dependant on damage dealt, not creatures killed.
So Option #2 |
for CGSMCMLXXV: You said both number of creatures and type of creatures. Any formula or trade off numbers?
for Awesomeness: That's easy enough to see when there's 2 players and 1 type of creature. What if it's not a hunt, you're alone, and it's a battle that you will lose. How do you determine the best way to maximize your xp/sp?
for Takesister: Does type of creature matter? Is 10 damage on a devil the same as 10 damage on a demon? Or does 9 damage on a devil yield more xp/sp than 10 damage on a demon? |
