i am in level 3 and i have no idea how to include new troops

if you mean wolfhounds, you first have to build the relative costruction, it's called infernal canile i believe.

After that, if you go to recruitment page you will see them avaible, move the pointer around as you like then confirm the new troop composition

You need to go to your Castle page and build Infernal Kennel.
Then go to your Recruitment page to include the new units by shifting the slider down.

Click apply after you are done
