at least he will when/if Kotrin realize that he's wrong, in the topic Kusika started he even admitted that he didn't follow the rules of this server, but the ones from the ru server, which is completely different:
"Your case - going punished for giving away faction points - as well as Omega22's example - going UNpunished for falling in an ambush with one troop - are all based on case law from .ru."
i always knew there where a couple of very incompetent mod on this server, but it's sad to see that Kotrin might be the worst of them all:O |

Cool a little all and MrNiceGuy that is very insulting.
But I totally agree, there are many gaps in rules and more severe offenses go unpunished (not to talk about cheaters who if get punished, that happens manymonths later), but as I see it it's just a bad call from Kotrin, he's human after all. Good thing is all high level players complained about it so maybe something will be done, hopefully... |
I never noticed this before until me, cb and kusika got fined for the same thing.
¤ Staged combats, paid-for combats, deliberate loses, bad sportsmanship, giveaway combats.
- first infringement, 5,000 gold
- second infringement, 20,000 gold
- third infringement, 50,000 gold
- fourth infringement = character block.
There is possibility of premature block in exceptional cases.
"giveaway" combats means exactly what we got fined for. Giveaway and staged are different.
Staged means that they were decided from the start.
Whereas...giveaway means you give something away. As in free exp or fsp. |

The rules can be interpreted in different ways. And as said before :

So we need preciser rules. I too, when ambushing, let some players get some extra xp/fsp when the outcome was decided, as I'd seen all doing the same thing and thought it was like sharing kills at hunt assists.
And then one day everyone starts get fined for that. And of course MasterTI you and everybody else noticed that now, as it is not stated in rules as illegal clearly (never really understood the meaning of giveaway, and losing ambush with 1 troop is totally giveaway and deliberate loss). And while most are arguing about that, heavy cheaters go on unpunished, nice justice, lol ... |
