My secondary character would like to purchase a thief amulet. The rules say that he cannot purchase 'rare set artifacts'. As I understand it, that refers to the sets that have been released on .ru for specific factions, not thief sets.
Any thoughts on the matter? | 3.13.6. Additional characters are not allowed to buy, trade or exchange rare set artifacts and Thieves' Guild invitations(TGIs).
