if u enchant lets say a reprisal sword and i enchant it with a moonstone can i upgradeit again with a moonstone to increase the elemental damge? |
to enchant a sword or any artifact i think you need 2 elements.No the enchants don't mix together, meaning that if you have 3% elemental damage and you want to make it 4% you'll need 4 pieces of each element for the enchant. |
w8 so u can like mix 100 elelments together! and then uget like a 50 type effect? |
The formulas for Weapon smithing are:
For each
* 1% earth elemental damage bonus: Meteorite Shard + Toadstool
* 1% air elemental damage bonus: Windflower + Witch's Bloom
* 1% water elemental damage bonus: Ice Crystal + Viper Venom
* 1% fire elemental damage bonus: Fire Crystal + Tiger's Claw
* 1% ignore target's defence: Moonstone + Abrasive
The time taken is 2 hours per 1%
The amount of % you can enchant is based on your Weaponsmith rank
The number of different types of elemental enchants is based on your Enchanters' Guild rank.
But back to question:
If you have enchanted your weapon with, say, Earth 5%, you can add Air 5% if you can find an enchanter that can do 2 types of elements. Anyone that can only 1 type cannot add a different element
If you want to take a Earth 5% and turn it into a Earth 6%, you have to remove the 5% and then add 6%. You cannot just add 1% to make a E5 into a E6. |
so if i get 50 meteorite + 50 toadstool i can get a 50% earth damage! |
no damaged is capped at 10% for each type of damage bonus but you can do 4 different types of damage. meaning a maximum of 40% extra damage |
ok thx |
