it is stated that:
"you get 30% gold of all his or her bonuses and rewards"

'Combat experience table', 'Prize' column.
When someone's character you have invited levels-up - (s)he gets 100% of that 'prize', and you just get 30% of _gold_ rewarded (resources don't count).
Also, You get 500 gold everytime a player who has followed your reference link achieves combat level 2, as stated in 'Invitation program' (https://www.lordswm.com/invitations.php)
Thus, the table of 'reference-rewards' is like:
Level of character invited -> You get...
2nd -> 500
3rd -> 150
4th -> 600
5th -> 1800
6th -> 3000
7th -> 6000
8th -> 9000
9th -> 12000
10th -> 15000
11th -> 24000
12th -> 36000
13th -> 45000
153050 gold in total.
