all i know is that you can get skill points by leveling up..but then i saw battles like this

and my question is do you get skill points from thief ambushes or mercenary quest? | | all battles give exp and skill point, unless you timed out, didn't hit, or damaged your allies or own troops too much | i think he means parameter points, yes both TG and MG grants parameter points, 1% initiative for each TG level and 1 free parameter point for every 2 MG levels.
