Dear Admins,
This is my TGI agreement below. One client approved this contract and uses my TGI now. He started on 09/08/09 (dd/mm/yy).He finished less than 20.
My question is what i can do if he runs out from time?

You must be able to reach TG2 (120).
Be an active player.
Show me full art set.
Follow all of the rules of the game.
One day is 24 hours. A partial day is counted as a full day. One week is 7 days.
A partial week is counted as a full week.
If you take more than 1 month in returning TGI, you risk being fined 600,000 gold and/or your character being blocked.
Send me your first and second thief arts (have to be unused).
Immediately send me your first Thief Guild Invitation and keep the other one.
First TGI can not rent, use, sell or transfer to anybody else because it is mine.
Successful Applicant will;
1. Return TGI within maximum 4 weeks.
2. Send me your first Thief Guild Invitation and keep the other one.
3. Send me your 2 thief arts what you get.

3.17. The Administration does not take responsibility for the unreturned debts and does not guarantee compensation in case of swindling by other players. When a loan is not returned in time, (the time must be written in the transfer logs, no more than a month) the swindler will be imposed a penalty of a sum twice as much. If the term isn't posted in the transfer logs, the penalty will occur 1 month after the loan transaction. The creditor does not get compensation.
All you can do is have his char blocked.
