Because the gold supply affects game play for everyone and the clan applications potentially need a lot of reading and vetting and does not affect the general game play.
It does not help that the admin do not understand English that well to read the Clan application descriptions. |

Give an explanation as to the goals of the clan, what the clan plans to be able to do for the game, the community and the members and how you will achieve this plan. |

You can look in some famous clan. They will give you idea what your clan should do, and how you do it. :)

There is no way to edit the description. So you either wait till they do a full reject on the application or you submit a new application. |

Registration is required for a short description. Descriptions of the clans from your example, were developed over time. Description of the clan is growing with time. If members of the clan have any ideas, they also are added to the description. So please do not give me such examples. |
So perhaps the administration could even reject the applications, which they believe are inappropriate.
Please, do something. |

Be patient while the admin process the applications. Whether they want to reject or not it's up to them. It may even be a timing thing.. |
