| so my question is if i have 6 morale does this mean that my troops have 60% chance to burst for more action ? | anything more than 5 is kinda useless, 6 or 7 morale will be taken as 5 with a 50% chance to burst.
same goes for luck | 6 morales will be as effective as 5 7,8,9, and even 10 will be like 5 morals
