you are currently still enrolled at another facility |

the facility doesn't have enough resources |

It because people are working for pay and not buying stuff from the facilities. They are all facing a gold shortage due to players not wanting to buy things.
So that's recession for you. Go out and buy some of the resources for the other facilities and help the economy. Too many people have stopped doing the resource shipping business... |
