Authorskeletons when necro is ambushed

when necro player loses a combat, they lose all the skeletons they brought with them from reserve, but i "overheard" something about not losing them when they're ambushed..

can anyone confirm that?

we don't lose any skeleton when ambushed. it's a free fight after all ;)
