At some point in time someone with clan registering rights will get around to registering clans.

Admins. But they no longer visit this server. The (only) things they are doing for us is paying for server hosting and bandwidth use. (Which is very nice of them, it is still much better than simply unplugging the server and calling this their third dead online game project.)
