Yeah, ask nicely. You haven't actually lost anything... yet. You simply returned a loan.
By the way I see on page 2 and 3 of your transfer log that you have a nice revenue stream from multi accounts, and that until now you hadn't been caught and fined.
As you have an extensive transfer log, I'll have a more serious look later.
