1st option (thief arts):
- TGI should be returned in 2 weeks;
- both thief arts
- after 2 weeks you pay 2500 gold per day
2nd option (gold):
- TGI should be returned in 2 weeks;
- 40,000 prepaid;
- after 2 weeks you pay 3500 gold per day
3rd option (gold and thief art):
- TGI should be returned in 2 weeks;
- 14,000 prepaid;
- one thief art (my choice)
- after 2 weeks you pay 2500 gold per day
