you will face a mixed enemy of green/emerald/twilight and black dragons
chance of meeting them is random, waitint time is mins to hours
no min AP required,
they don't appear on map, you get ambushed when you are online and in location.

Just wait. They jump out from their hideout and attack you. No matter what there is there.
