Then answer to that would be No, Your level and how many you won/lost effects the amount of creatures. Arts just make it a little bit easyer. | AP does not affect what you encounter in an ambush, though it may affect your experience gained and the ease by which you win the battle.
The difficulty of the caravan is dependant on Your level and how many you won/lost before of that caravan type |
