you need to join thief guild first by using a thief invite.
you need to ambush caravans and players to get TG points
getting ambushed by other thieves and winning gives only xp and sp, no thief guild points. |

leasing it from other players is the cheapest way,
browse the "leasing" section in trade forum to find a good deal |
