back then EB had facilites (temporary ones) to convert these raw amterials to construction stuff like marble, staircase, ignitable mixture, mirrors, lifting gears, mooring compartments, cured leather...
and those were used to make the lighthouse and pier. players enrolled and supplied the raw materials to make those buildings.
but these are just trophies, (maybe rare) but useless economically as they are non transferable.
the rare items as per the Trade forum = thief arts and cape of flame.
some hunter drops esp GH are rare too...
