ok, who is Secretary ?? Is he can approve clan ?

Secretary is the account used by admin for receiving private mails to admin. It's not a person. |

The admin receive their communication via the Secretary account, I think. So I guess you have to be patient.
Just hope the admin decide to approve it, nothing else any of us can do. |
