Sorry, but I don't know russian, so I need help here :)

If you have an account there, you will see the tournament screen. It says for level 3, OA (AP) = 0, shop artifacts. And then in red below the description part, it says in russian "inconsistancy weapons" from google translate. Since AP = 0, I don't see why I need any artifacts.. I tried equipping my hunter broadsword in case it meant I needed a weapon in my right hand, but to no avail. Do you need arts for the tourny? If so, why does it say OA = 0? | | no hunters arts in tournys | | happens here too just but a wooden sword on and ur good | 2, oh yeah, duh thanks... lol

I still don't think I'll join :DD (have to pay Oo :D and too much exp)
