it won't be refilled, except lv 7+ arts
btw, you don't have to buy from market. you can buy directly from the factory |

The arts that can be bought at map wont be refilled. The others are almost always in stock and are being refilled.
If you want to know if it is cheaper to buy from map or market, its up to you to find out. |

If you mean map of course, that is not really true for leather helmets, leather boots and sometimes used arts, you just have to look really close. :-) |
