do skill level affects the number we can recruit?
as far as I know, this only affect knight's troops and necromancers. But, as lvl 5 elf with no skill points I just able to recruit 22 fk, 11 bowmen, 5 druids. another elf with 3 skill level able to recruit 25 fk, 12 bowmen, 5 druids. |
