It's like Everyone for oneself, but without battle chat and you can't see the names until the very end.
The game will start when there will be sufficient amount of players at your level (+-1), but if there is no one joined - you can't start the battle and will be dropped off |

If there's a challenge in battles, you can join by clicking the Join link that appears. If you do not see one, that means you do not qualify for the battle due to level restrictions the party has placed or some other factor.
And by the way, Start a new topic next time and be more descriptive.
