You cannot. It's like asking for control of the FBI from the US government.
I guess it would require permission from Empire, and that would not be lightly given |
Talking about this, a long time ago one clan had on their descripition that had the control of some facilities.

Theres no point.
You have to have LOTS of things to sell them Eg. Wood
And you have to pay them salaries.
So its a lost. cause if you pay someone 200 gold to work but only sell a resource for 170 then, its a lost.
But empire is still the one and only one who has it |
