Authorhunt in solo or in group?
which do you prefer?

it's said that the neture creatures are 30% stronger next time if u win solo, and 10% stronger next time if u called for assistant.

win in solo:1.0 points, and next time creatures will be 30% more.

win in group:0.5 points, only 10% more next time.

so,if we always do hunt in group,we can get more hunt skill points? becoz the number of creatures increased slowly?
The amount of growth in case of victory: N=n*1.69^f
n = original amount in hunt
N = new amount next time
f = factions skill points that the main hunter gained during the hunt

becoz the number of creatures increased slowly?
doesnt matter

and i prefer to hunt alone
so f=0.5 when hunt alone,
f=0.25 when hunt together, and 2 players coopreate well?(each player kill half enemy)

in that case,N will be smaller if hunt in group, right?
nothing better

in that case,N will be smaller if hunt in group, right?
yeah, but for what? u will got lower points too when asking assist
15%, so its the same
but the other player could get extra points too,so find one friend and always do hunt together,we both can gain more skill points.
for example, 100 monks,

if you hunt alone, you can get 0.5 skill points and 1 HG point.next time you will meet N=100*1.69^0.5=130 monks.

if you hunt with friend, you can get 0.25 skill points and 0.5 HG point, and your friend can gain 0.25 skill points. next time you will meet N=100*1.69^0.25=114 monks.
and hunt 114 monks with your friend too,you can still get 0.25 skill points and 0.5 HG points, your friend can gain 0.25 skill points, and next time you will meet N=114*1.69^0.25=130 monks.

so,you gain the same faction skill points and HG points, but your friend can gain extra 0.5 skill points, and more chance to get hunt-arts.
also your friend can gain 0.1+0.1=0.2 HG points too. XD

so find one friend and always hunt together, you both can get more benifit than hunt alone.

i'm just thinking about it and dont know whether it's right.

show your opinions pls.
but your friend can gain extra 0.5 skill points, and more chance to get hunt-arts.
then if he share his hunts with you too, he'll lose 0.5 skill from his hunts

win 1 vs creatures:1.0 points, and next time creatures will be 30% more.
win 2 vs creatures:0.5 points, and 15% more next time.

so, what's the benefit? maybe only 0.1 more HG (pretty small) and chance to get arts. but asking assistance surely will slow u down during combats
0.5 skillsorry, i meant 0.25
A do hunt alone,
A can get 0.5 skill points,1 HG points. and creatures increse 30%.

A share hunt with B,
A can get 0.25 skill points,0.5 HG points. B can get 0.25 skill points,0.1 HG points.and creature increased only 15%.

so A and B can do hunt again before the creature increase 30%,so totally,
A can get 0.5 skill points,1 HG points.the same as if A do hunt alone.also the extra chance to get arts.
but B can get 0.5 skill points,0.2 HG points, and also the chance to get arts.
but B can get 0.5 skill points,0.2 HG points, and also 2 chances to get arts. that's the benefit that you cant get from hunting alone.
#11 and #12: agree

and i prefer to hunt alone
I essence instead of 1 hunt alone you team up with another player and do 4 hunts instead.

First own hunt 0,25 faction skill, 0,5 hunter guild + gold + chance artifact
Second own hunt 0,25 faction skill, 0,5 hunter guild + gold + chance artifact
First hunt assist 0,25 faction skill, 0,1 hunter guild + chance artifact
Second hunt assist 0,25 faction skill, 0,1 hunter guild + chance artifact

In summary you get 1 faction skill, 1,2 hunters guild 2x gold and 4x chance artifact

compared to 0,5 faction skill, 1,0 hunters guild 1x gold and 1x chance artifact.

On the down side you have loss of durability of your arts in your hunt assists, but I think it's worthwhile.

I wouldn't put it in that way. When you hunt in two, you have a need of less arts than if if you hunt alone. Many hunts can be done (up to a certain level) with minimum AP in two, even if the hunts are red. The price for 2 x min AP is definitely less than using more good arts in one hunt.
agreed although i had hunts in mind that you could normaly solve yourself in min arts
#17:

I suppose and that's why I added my post. :)
Hunt alone. Too many "assistants" and player in general who think it is alright to go afk.

This more and more infuriates me. Especially if I go to help THEM with THEIR hunt and then they let me wait 12 minutes before making one move.

The problem of AFKers puts hunting with assist in the inferior position for me as long as it is possible solo.

Oh, and i generally hunt with min artifacts (Wizard 5, Combat 6) - +2 spellamage on some occasions.
The proposed sharing of hunts requires a person you can trust, so a clan member or a close friend, since you don't want him to take down more than 50%. Also you rely on him to share his hunts with you. Under these circumstances afk should be no issue.
