| can someone check my tranfer log see wheather i got break any rule of the game plz | Just a Quick look at your transfer log links you to Taymingkiat who in turn is linked to mingkiat112.
mingkiat112 links in to numerous other characters (including Greendragonlord who is mentioned in your log) that are likely to also be multis of various sorts.
If you are not a multicharacter I would advise you to return the outstanding 3.6K from the sale of the thief mask, either that or send it to Empire.
If you are a multi-character have no fear. You will be blocked soon enough along with the others.
