| Why they leve it open when 80% of item is out of stock? |
Most things appear to be out of stock, but they simply point you to a place on the map where you can buy them.
For the other arts (mostly lvl 7 arts and up), you must have the gold and resources to pay for the item before the link to buy it becomes available. |

i think they refil it or close it |
