Yes them bonus works everywhere, but there are special bonuses for completing 5 parts or full hunters set.
I want to know if the + % dmg to neutral creatures work with spells too. |

Yes, they work with all forms of damage

The extra damage to neutrals work in any battle that has neutrals in them, be it a MG quest, hunt or tournament
The creatures are only not neutrals when there is a hero with them (PvP or Caravan) |

this was hugely debated, i did a merc quest with full hunter arts and the effects didnt work at all. which leads me to believe the widely favored thought that hunter bonus works in merc quests |
