The reason why no one answered is that is not a question about game, its a question how to make a fraud.
Yes you can, make a clan, pay for the idea, wait for approval, then spam the forum for 6 months to get 50 people willing to pay you some gold. Then take the gold, wait for those 50 people to write in CaA about your THEFT and then wait a little more until you are blocked.
