hunter items are dropped in hunts (HG + 3%) chance of that
full Hunter set needs lv 3, MH set needs lv 4 and GH set needs lv 7
thief items are obtained each level in thieves guild, needs lv 6 for wearing |

No, we mean Combat Level 3 to wear Hunter's Arts, Combat Level 5 to wear Master Hunter and Combat Level 7 to wear Great hunter.
To get the drops, you need to be Hunter Guild Level 0 for hunter arts, Hunter Guild Level 3 for Master Hunter arts and Hunter Guild Level 5 for Great Hunter arts |
