Hinter assistance is only available once you get Hunters' Guild level 2.
Looking at your stats:
Hunters' guild: 0 (1.00) +15.0
Laborers' guild: 0 (39) +51
You have hardly hunt. Only did 1 hunt so far, and you are level 3. So hunt more. U can find a hunt every about 40-60 minutes in the MAP page.
