im level 7 , I have 151 bowman 56 + 95 from reserve
my question is after a fight i lost 30 bowman,
is it from reserve or i have to lost all 56 before take it from reserve?

you don't lose all 30, but 25% or that ie about 8 skeles | | Skeletons are lost proportionally to correlation of reserve and base part. After any fight 75% of reserve is restored.
