for the first sorry for my english ..
I am italian , ciao
I wont make my main secondary account
and make the secondary pg as main
but I wont trasfer all have in inventory
gold , resource , weapon ecc

He is honest, Italian, and can explain you everything you need in your native language. *I probably won`t get a cookie from him for this advertisment because whole Italy will ask him for help now, but I can take that risk:-)* | If I understand your question correctly:
1. Yes, you can make your Sub character main character
2. You cannot reverse it (once old main is new sub, you cannot switch back to main per game rules)
3. You cannot transfer anything as others have mentioned, but I am pretty sure you know that as you said you would not do it :)
4. Be sure to mention your additional chars in each profile so none are banned.

Any character can only be main once.
Since you can have 1 main and 2 alternates, you can switch twice:
Characters A, B and C.
Main A switches with Alt B, B becomes Main and A becomes a blocked character
Then you can later switch B with C, C becomes main, B joins the land of blocked characters. | yes , I have see the rules

my main pg is lev 5 , I put much time , but I have
test with he , all the faction , and now I am
liv 2 knight , liv 1 demon ecc ecc
I wont start with another characters start
with 0 liv , and make all with a unique side
The problem is : why I dont can take
money and another thing of my first pg ??
Altough what is a difference beetwen the 2 pg ???

This is why you can't transfer your stuff to your other characters
3.10. It is allowed to create additional characters to familiarize yourself with features of other factions. Additional character must be completely independent; remember, that multichars created for financial profiting of the main character in any way are blocked without hesitation. One player may have up to 3 characters (one main and two extras).
